Panache Chocolatier
A highly-regarded Kansas City chocolatier came back to MOD for help with a new location.  (Check out the previous location here).  The new space would provide much-needed "elbow room" in the chocolate preparation area and add a tasting room for pairing events and additional display.  The results, delicious as the product.
